We are a digital marketing company. We help our clients drive performance but often it's sales through digital marketing channels. What’s really important in all aspects of our client work is really finding and also defining the true value of the activities that we create, so really going to the bottom of that data and the user journey to find the true value.

Digital marketing is ever-changing and we really need to be pushing each other to become more and more advanced in what we do.

When it comes to companies that have an advanced technical setup, they have a marketing automation system, Google Analytics, Salesforce or something like that [CRM] and then also a part of the customer journey involves Call Tracking in one way or another. Then I think it becomes a problem for many marketeers to connect the data and to also get the most out of that data.

Freespee is a great tool when it comes to unlocking a lot of data that is hidden or [unlocking] a lot of insights from the data that is hidden today. Freespee is a great tool when it comes to unlocking hidden data and gathering insights from this.

On top of that, Freespee also provides solutions around how to handle customers in a better way and how to really try to capture value as well. On top of that, Freespee provides solutions around how to handle customers in a better way, while capturing value.

Apart from that Freespee has really been great in terms of supporting us and supporting the clients we work with. The clients we work with also work at Freespee and when it comes to a technical discussion I really feel that we've been able to provide a lot of feedback around the product and deep discussions around the product and that's something I see as very valuable.

What I find really good [about] working with Freespee is that it really becomes this three-way partnership so we see the values and benefits using Freespee. Then we also have the client that could gain so much more from using the platform and in many cases I see this partnership with the three of us giving each other ideas and also pushing us to to create a seamless customer journey but also understanding the data.

One case we had with a client we worked with was that we found that 70% of the leads were generated via phone calls and this is something that we believed that the website drove a lot of those leads but without Freespee we weren't able to to really track that and understand that in depth and so that was really an eye-opener for all of us - that we could actually use this data to better develop the site and also store, to follow up on these website generated calls."
